Mailing Address Change Form

In accordance with the Municipal Act mailing address changes must be requested in writing by a property owner. Verbal requests will not be accepted. 

Completed online submissions will be directly emailed to the Finance department. You will also receive an email copy of your submission.

By signing this form, you are authorizing the Township of Asphodel-Norwood to share your updated mailing address with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). This information ensures that you receive any notices MPAC sends you about your property. Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 for the purpose of processing tax billings, GIS updates, and other related Municipal administration. The personal information submitted will be used to provide you with information or updates on services or activities that the Township of AsphodelNorwood delivers under the Municipal Act or other legislation.
