If you would like to apply for a new lifetime dog tag, please use this form.

When completing this form you have the option to be invoiced by mail or e-mail, and/or to visit the Municipal Office to pay in person.

Fees

If registered on/before April 30: $15.00 (neutered male or spayed female)
If registered on/before April 30: $20.00 (not spayed nor neutered)
If registered after April 30: $20.00 (neutered male or spayed female)
If registered after April 30: $25.00 (not spayed nor neutered)

Replacement tags will be issued for a fee of $10.00.

Annual invoices are due by April 30 each year.

Penalties

Effective May 1 annually, an administrative fee of $5.00 will be applied to your account for unpaid fees. In addition, a monthly penalty of 1.25% will be applied to accounts over 30 days in arrears.

To the extent that the foregoing information constitutes personal information as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter M.56, as amended, the information is subject to provisions of that Act and will be used exclusively to process invoices and/or lost dogs. Questions about the collection of personal information should be directed to the Clerk Department.
